• We at CSR Bricks and Roofing, Oxley, have engaged Integrelec to carry out a variety of services at our brick manufacturing plant primarily through staged additions and upgrades to existing plant.

  Phase 1 saw the installation of an automated brick texturing machine and associated conveying systems which included successful integration of a new Schneider Premium PLC interfaced with an existing iFix SCADA system and Schneider Modicon 984 PLC. Phases 2 and 3 included upgrading the basic brick setting machine positioning conveyors to accurate servo-motor drives, controlled from the new PLC, integrated with the old PLC and incorporated in the SCADA application.

• As Project Manager in the CSR Bricks and Roofing Operations, I am charged with a wide variety of Projects where they are not only to be completed in a timely and financial manner, but are run with a heavy emphasis on the commercial viability for the business as a whole and the result must be delivered.

  I have engaged the services of Duane Stapleton and his team at Integrelec on several occasions to design install and commission several capital projects, some quite complex at the Darra Roof Tile facility and the Oxley Brick Plant, some as second tier to a principal contractor and others directly.
